Introduction:
The background and service record of shipping association of Iran goes back to the Iranian calendar year 1332 (1953). Shipping Association of Iran, having 241 members who all are active shipping companies agents for main lines/NVOs/bulk carriers/port operators/yard operators.
Mission:
The aim of this speech is to introduce all potentials of Iran/abilities of Iranian Shipping Companies & Freight Forwarders in order to get more share in the market for the shipments being destined to Iran as well as those shipments which are enroute in transit via Iran to the land-locked countries neighboring Iran being known as called "CIS" such as Turkmenistan/Uzbekistan/Tajikistan/Kazakhstan/Kergizistan/Azerbaijan/Armenia as well as Afghanistan & Iraq.
