AADA cuts Far East-Australian bunker surcharge

Reflecting the fall in oil prices, member lines of the Asia Australia Discussion Agreement (AADA) have adjusted its bunker surcharge from Japan, Korea, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan to Australia to US$600 per TEU and US$1,200 per FEU for dry and refrigerated containers from December 15.
Customers requiring further information concerning the bunker surcharge are advised to contact the member lines.
AADA members are ANL Singapore, CSCL, Cosco, Hamburg Sud, Hanjin Shipping, Hapag-Lloyd, Hyundai Merchant Marine, "K" Line, Mediterranean Shipping Co (MSC), MOL, NYK and OOCL, the Shipping Gazette informs.
