LePage departs Monday for Reykjavik. He will meet with President Olafur Ragnar Grimsson and tour a collection of companies that strive to use all parts of seafood products.
The Maine International Trade Center says more than 40 people are expected to attend, including members of Maine's seafood and paper industries and academic institutions.
Last year, the governor hosted Iceland's president in South Portland as part of International Trade Day. The International Marine Terminal in Portland was revived last year when the company Eimskip started shipping operations to and from Iceland.
LePage returns to Maine on Wednesday, but some members of the delegation will continue on to London for the rest of the week.
