Dubai-based global forwarder Agility has been honoured for a second year in a row as an industry leader in a report on global third-party logistics providers by information technology research company, Gartner Magic Quadrant.
It was recognised for its entrepreneurialism, the high-level involvement of executives in customer accounts and for its single common technology platform that brings together forwarding, warehousing, transport and visibility.
"We believe this recognition from Gartner is more evidence that providing our customers with high level of customised service through a combination of can-do and hands-on executive involvement is being recognised," said CEO Tarek Sultan.
Gartner evaluated companies in the report based on their "ability to execute" and "completeness of vision." The four Magic Quadrant categories to define surveyed companies are defined as "challengers," "niche players," "visionaries" and "leaders," according to Shipping Gazette.
