The RosEuroDevelopment company and the German Hypo Real Estate International bank signed the credit agreement on the financing of the construction of logistics park Krekshino in the amount of $210 mln.
According to media reports, the bank will finance the construction of the second and third stages of the logistics park, which will be located in Naro-Fominsk district of the Moscow region.
This stages include the construction of 5 separate A-class storage facilities with an overall area of 240 th. sq. m. |
