Emirates SkyCargo has raised its fuel surcharge due to escalating costs for jet fuel, the company said.
"Unfortunately the price of fuel continues to increase at a quicker than anticipated rate with no expected reduction in the near term," Emirates said in a statement. "Consequently we now find it necessary to further increase the fuel surcharge." The surcharge will go from 70 cents per kilo to 75 cents per kilo effective Nov. 23. |
